In this workshop, you will:
-Learn the origins of lift and how to cultivate the urge to lift from within;
-Explore the categories of Arm Balances ( straight arm, bent arm, inverted);
-Replace the need to "muscle through" with understanding of the mechanics of poses such as Crane, Firely, Peacock Feather to name a few.
Whether you have been practicing for awhile and desire to refine your arm balance practice, or are a newer practitioner and would like to learn this category of poses "from the ground up", you can spend the afternoon with us and learn to lift with lightness.
