We will work through a sequence of common poses learning when your body is ready to pull back or push forward , remembering that your body shows up to your mat differently everyday. In this workshop, become empowered to learn to listen and honor your body as you transform your practice. Develop more awareness of your body while comfortably playing your edges in every pose. Jen and Sharon will skillfully guide you to both modify and advance your yoga practice. This workshop is geared toward everybody, beginner or advanced practitioners alike.
