Come let the light of Spring’s longer days illuminate your current relationship with food! What better time of year, as we emerge from the cover of winter, inviting internal growth, planting seeds with the potential for lasting change. There is one simple fact, we gain excess weight when we eat for reasons other than hunger. No brainer right? Then why do we all do it? SIMPLE: We have non-hunger needs that are being met with…… you guessed it…… FOOD! Join Shannon as she helps you to uncover your unmet needs, feed your soul with what it is that you are TRULY hungry for while increasing your overall life satisfaction. We will discuss the Who, What, Where, When, Why and How’s of eating. Our beloved Yoga’s Yamas and Niyamas will be our teachers and tools along our journey as we investigate with self-compassion, honesty, purity, determining our level of contentment, and more! What will we do for a whole day?
