The first Full Moon Friday event of the season starts at 3pm. Kartik and Danielle will take you through two yoga classes and a meditation until 6pm.



Full Description

Yogafest provides everything related to yoga. Created by Elaine Kelly, a fitness professional with 25 years experience in the wellness sector, in 2010 the company provides events, private and group classes and corporate wellness training. We screen every teacher to ensure high standards.

Our Karma yoga activities include free events from November to May in Dubai internet City to raise funds for charities that support women and children. To date, we have raised over AED 200,000.

Hatha Flow 3.00-4.00pm

This class is designed to align and calm your body, mind and spirit. There will be Traditional postures or asana with correct alignment with an emphasis on balance, breath control, core strength and flexibility.
Revitalise and restore your body and mind as each of the postures flows from one to the other transmuting and releasing tensions and blockages, eliminating toxins and calming the mind.

Indigo Yoga - 4.15-5.15pm

This body and mind friendly yoga sequence will help revive the spirit, as it helps relax muscles and release tension.
The poses are active, but no intense movements are necessary. Instead, consider this as a luxurious massage for your entire self.

This class is inviting practitioners to slow down and create space for stillness in order to help open and release areas in need of a more calming practice.

Third Eye Indigo Meditation 5.30-6.00pm

Third eye chakra colour indigo helps you to connect with your intuition, it helps you to connect with the deeper parts of yourself, your gut feelings, your instinct, or the sixth sense.

As you meditate and become more and more aware of just how much inner intelligence you already have, you will want to continue opening and activating your third eye to its’ fullest capacity.
