A meditative practice linking with the full moon. Using asana to prepare the body and mind, pranayama and visualisation, this class will take you a little bit deeper than a regular yoga class, moving towards a state of reflection and meditation.
The moon is a powerful force in nature, and is known to influence our physical and emotional wellbeing. This class is designed to move your body through gentle asana (physical yoga practice), gradually leading you to a more reflective state.
