You will learn about:
Yamas & Niyamas – Our yoga guide lines to living a more liberated and happy way
Asana – Physical practice (yoga postures)
Pranayama – A practice in breath control (conscious breath supports the nervous system)
Pratyahara – A practice of withdrawing the senses
Dharana – Concentration
Dyhana – Meditation
Samadhi – Absorption
