Gayatri Yoga Teacher Training / RYS 200

Have you experienced Hatha Yoga and want to be a Teacher?
For all who want to deepen their knowledge on Classic Indian Yoga.
Develop your ability to communicate clearly and with polite vocabulary, calm voice, coordinating students with variations and adaptations in your classes. The purpose of the RYS 200 is to teach Hatha Yoga with knowledge and love.
We accept a maximum of 6 Students per RYS 200

The Human Anatomy and Physiology, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda & Diet
Includes: Prana, Chakras, Nadis, etc. and the study of Benefits
and Contraindications from Asana & Pranayama

How to Plan & Coordinate Yoga Clasesses, this Includes:
- Beginner, Intermediate, Children, Seniors, Prenatal Yoga and
Yoga Therapy
- Commercial Aspects of Yoga
- Mythology, Philosophy and Ethics for Yoga Teachers
- Guide the Individual Progress of Students, this Includes: Demonstration, Observation, Instruction, Assistance and Correction
