Full Description

In this practice you will be guided through a gentle yoga practice consisting of Hatha poses and pranayama (breath work). We will move slowly connecting the body to our breath and our breath to our mind. You wil then be guided through Yoga Nidra which is an effortless guided meditation designed to take you deep between the states of consciousness and unconsciousness. Yoga Nidra can assist in releasing trauma from the physical body and 45minutes of Yoga Nidra is equal to 2 hours of REM sleep.
