Take some time from the busyness of life to pause, reconnect to your inner stillness and open your heart to the joy and beauty of your life. Treat yourself with compassion, kindness and love.
Be gently guided through a sequence of:
Dynamic relaxation to unwind, slow down and relax
Gentle flowing movements
Breathing practices (pranayama) to raise vitality
Fully supported postures (restorative yoga)
Deep relaxation (yoga nidra) to cultivate loving kindness and compassion.
