In this introductory workshop, we’ll explore the combination of gentle yoga poses, mindful breathing, and essential oils – to help us stretch and relax our bodies, and our minds.

Yoga and mindful breathing have been used for centuries to help relax and heal the body and the mind. A gentle yoga practice can be particularly calming – moving through the practice at a slow and soothing pace, movement linked with breath, entering each pose gradually and with grace.
Also used since ancient times, essential oils have been known for their incredible aromatic, healing, cleansing, and calming properties. Perhaps you’ve noticed the recent resurgence in the interest and use of these plant-based oils. If you’ve not yet discovered the multiple benefits of essential oils personally, you almost surely know someone who has.
Incorporating the use of essential oils into a gentle yoga practice can help us to enhance the relaxation experience. In this introductory workshop, we’ll explore the combination of gentle yoga poses, mindful breathing, and essential oils – to help us stretch and relax our bodies, and our minds.
My goal is for participants to leave the workshop feeling peaceful and inspired – taking home handouts and samples of essential oils which will help to continue the relaxation experience at home.
