Preparing for the upcoming holiday rush can lead to physical and emotional exhaustion. Therefore, it is easy to neglect self-care. We’ll focus this morning on a practice beginning with chair yoga to relax and release muscle tension. Afterwards, to attend to emotional well-being and to mitigate mental exhaustion, there will be guided relaxation and meditation. The relaxation and meditation techniques will specifically focus on “letting go” of burdens and making space for expressing gratitude. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and a blanket for your comfort.
