Gentle Yoga with Essential Oils
Your experience will begin as you enter the doors of the studio - greeted with a cup of cucumber/peppermint or orange/lemon infused water. As you begin to breathe deeply you will smell lemongrass oil being diffused into the air. You will then settle onto your mat for an informative session about how and why and where to incorporate essential oils to enhance well-being.
