Full Description

Learn how to re-train your brain so that you can get out of pain.

What you get:

Small group format (maximum of 10 students)

Personalized attention with programming tailored to your specific issues.

Four sessions over four weeks where you will build on skills learned in the previous session.

Receive a home program to be practiced daily between sessions.

Direct access to Nicole via phone/email between classes to support your success in the program.

Participants typically experience a 50-90% reduction in pain at the end of 4 weeks when they commit to their home program.
