Wear comfortable clothing without snaps or zippers, bring a pen to take notes if you’d like, water bottle and any necessary snacks. Essential props will be provided for you, but bring your own mat or blanket if you choose.

PROFESSIONALS/TEACHERS/SERIOUSLY INTERESTED STUDENT TRACT 2:

In addition to our tract one, enjoy opportunity to see first-hand how to easily incorporate new training into a multi-level classroom setting.

Sunday, November 6th, 1:45 - 3:45 TRACT 2 PARTICIPANTS ONLY

The Professional Tract will include an additional 2 hour session, plus required group class attendance for a total of 9 hours of Yoga Alliance CEUs and will require full attendance to receive completion certification.

* pre-approved props are Professional OPTP 36x6" SOFT roller (NO HARD ROLLERS) and 3" and 4" soft All-ball

Deidra Sivertson has been a manual and movement professional for more than fifteen years with 23 certifications in the fields of fitness and bodywork. She draws upon her interest and experience with the most effective methods of achieving wellness to inform her workshops and classes. Her licenses and certifications include Expert Myofascial Release Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, ERYT-200 and Yoga Alliance Certified Continuing Education Provider.

All classes held at the Downtown Billings YMCA upstairs in the Health Studio.
Cancellations must be received in writing. Your registration fee will be refunded, less $50 administrative cost, if cancellation is received more than two weeks before the workshop. Registration fee becomes non-refundable two weeks before each workshop.
