A groovy, two & a half hour ride of old faves and super-funky new material to prep the body for the work ahead (and we do mean WORK!)

Warm up! Hit those shoulders! Oil those hips! Backbend! Splits! Wind down! Phew! Then go home……
Dynamic and challenging, The Freestyle Yoga Project is geared towards encouraging students to think for themselves and investigate what’s going on over the side of any particular yogic box. In fact, to also explore what’s going on outside of yoga too!
Because no one style of yoga nor one physical discipline holds all the answers, and so can be potentially limiting. At FYP, we are constantly searching for new ways to move, putting together smart sequences of postures, linked by the breath, heading towards a particular end or simply enjoying a logical, progressive practice.
This is intelligent yoga. One size does not fit all.
EVERYONE is welcome. ANYONE can do yoga. You don’t have to be fit, strong, flexible, agile – we’ll make you those things. Just give us your time and we’ll help you reach your full potential. And we’d just like to point out that you don’t have to buy into anything to come and train with us – there’s no ideological-philosophical-religious standpoint to what we do. We’re not trying to sell you anything – other than health and well-being. What have you got to lose….?
