Lisa will offer a simple yoga sequence, vinyasa flow and introduction to pranayama (breath work), reminding you of the effortless flow of breath and life. The yoga sequence will also focus on a Pilates awareness and include some core strengthening exercises.

7 day retreat
From £1100 to £1450 depending on the room you choose. Our rates include:
• Six nights full board.
• Two yoga classes per open air, overlooking the ocean.
• Three delicious vegetarian meals a day. All our food is prepared with love, either grown on the island or locally sourced.
• Drinks and snacks.
• All yoga equipment and accessories.
• Natural, biodegradable Greek toiletries and insect repellent
• Complimentary branded water bottle.
• All activities from Kayaking to our art cupboard
• Return transfers to and from the island to Mainland by boat

Vinyasa flow, a simple sequence which can be developed in to a daily home practice. Dynamic core strengthening and pilates. Gentle breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation. Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)

People of all ages a simple practice that can benefit both beginners and people with a regular practice. Someone who wishes to learn an easy daily sequence, which can be adapted to meet peoples time constraints and ability accordingly.

An understanding of finding flow and how nature, yoga, breath and balance serve to help access and uncover our inherent inner peace and stillness which is there as ourselves, ever present without effort. A deepening of your existing practice and a simple home practice that is adaptable to time constraints and daily life.

Thai partner work if the entire group is open to learning basic head neck and shoulder releases as an evening session.

Why I teach yoga
Yoga has been a great blessing in my life. After using both yoga and pilates to rehabilitate an old knee injury i was able to dance again after many years. Yoga has not only helped heal the injury but I have also discovered a far deeper meaning to life. It is not only a practice I do but a way of life. The life changing shifts and journey have been so subtle yet life altering and profound in the most positive way. Yoga has been such a great gift to me and it was this precious gift which inspired me to teach and continue sharing the gift that keeps giving. An understanding of self, leads to a gift of happiness that travels with you wherever you are.
