GOING DEEPER INTO TWISTING
A 3-hour practice of 'parivrttas' or twisting asanas combined with forward extension asanas and simple inversions. The result will be more freedom in the spine, more strength in the abdominal region, a better opening of the chest and shoulders and a gradual release of neck tensions. This workshop is meant for beginners, although not for people who have never taken an Iyengar yoga class.
