GOING DEEPER INTO TWISTING
A 3-hour practice of 'parivrttas' or twisting asanas combined with forward extension and inverted asanas. To free the spine, strengthen the abdomen, open up the chest and shoulder region and release any tension in the neck. The workshop is meant for intermediate level practitioners of Iyengar yoga.
