A slow yet challenging flow to work on mobility and stability.
The class starts with some breathing exercises and a brief meditation to settle and get ready to flow.
Accurate verbal cues and adjustments are offered while music will guide you through a creative sequence of standing, forward and backward folds and twists. Arm balances and inversions are on the menu but you don't have to take if you don't feel ready for them.
The class ends with some yummy stretches and guided relaxation so you’ll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to enjoy your day.
