Thirty minutes will be devoted to discuss what is Creative Mind, how to use it at night before sleeping and the last thirty minutes related to Gentle Hatha Yoga postures that help with firming the abdomen and legs for strength and balance. The information will be gleaned from Ms. Daya Devi-Doolin's award-winning book, Grow Thin While You Sleep!
