Guided Meditation & Sound Bath with Jess Geevarghese
Sound is vibration. We are vibration. For thousands of years, sound has been used to move individuals into a state of peace and harmony.

We start this one hour vibrational journey with a 15 minute guided meditation using mindfulness and visualization techniques to calm the mind and the body. Through the use of the Tibetan singing bowl and various instruments, we immerse ourselves in a bath of pure sound and move into a more profound level of deep relaxation. The entire class will be in savasasna.
Jess Geevarghese is a meditation and RYT-500 certified yoga instructor who works with private individuals and organizational clients, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Pace University. From her first crystal sound bowl experience, she was hooked and began to incorporate sound into both her yoga and meditation teaching. She also presents regularly meditation as a stress management tool and leads numerous meditations in the NY metro area, particularly with cancer patients and professionals at risk of burnout. She holds a bachelor's degree, MBA and MSW from Washington University in St. Louis.
