Gutsy Yoga: Therapeutic for GI disorders
Most of us eat foods that are not easy to digest. We're used to gas, bloating, discomfort, irregularity, rashes, sleep disorders and crankiness, all which can be attributed to what we eat, and how our agni (internal fire) burns everything up.
Gusty yoga is designed to improve digestion. It also helps you to find what foods/herb are best for you.

Deborah Charnes learned Ayurveda at an Ayurvedic center in Southern India where it’s common for patients to prefer Ayurveda over Western medicine. At its core, Ayurveda is a customized approach to well being. One pill does not work the same for two people.
Deborah has written articles on Ayurveda for Natural Awakenings, BaldYogi and other media outlets. Read her blog post about Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. (TCM).
Why Traditional Chinese Medicine? Ayruveda and TCM are ancient healing arts. They treat the person, versus the symptom. They are about balance, and yoga is all about balance. Balance of mind, body and spirit. Read about The Namaste Counsel’s approach to ancient wisdom methods.
