Gutsy Yoga workshops include discussion. Stretches, twists, deep breathing, meditation, and readings. It's a holistic approach designed to get to the root of your digestive woes. Enjoy a special healthy dish/drink from Munch On and Beyond, included in the price of the workshop.

Deborah Charnes is one of just a few Certified Yoga Therapists in the area. She learned Ayurveda at an Ayurvedic center in Southern India where it’s common for patients to prefer Ayurveda over Western medicine. At its core, Ayurveda is a customized approach to well being. One pill does not work the same for two people.
