This workshop is for practitioners who can hold on a wall and ready to move off the wall.
No Novices Here! This workshop is for handstand practitioners who got over their fear of going upside down and ready for the next level, floating and holding off the wall. We will focus on more advance body conditioning techniques and more wall work to achieve a better alignment in a handstand on and off the wall. Also, will cover techniques on how to float, straddle, and press drills.
Note: This is a strength build progression class, not just do a handstand on the wall for two hours workshop. (intermediate-advance levels)
Please bring a yoga mat, towel and a yoga block.
