This one and a half hour class begins with a 30 minute vinyasa to get your juices flowing in one direction, before you turn them upside down!
We will begin by working on opening the shoulder girdle, move on to strengthening the wrists and finally,waking up the core, for the strength that is needed to maintain the pose. You need not ever have attempted the pose before.
Get a fresh perspective on your practice by conquering your fear of inversions. Once you learn to invert with ease, you become unstoppable!
