Handstand & Yoga Immersion

This 3 day training(4 nights in house accommodation) is suitable for beginner and intermediate handstanders who want to improve their technique and mastery of handstands as well as learn new insights into yoga practice with a master teacher and yogi. Each day enjoy 2.5 hour morning and 2.0 hour evening training in open air sea view yoga halls!

Morning Session 7:00 - 9:30
​Evening Session 5:00 - 7:00

Day 1: Handstanding Preparations
Exercises for joint conditioning, shoulder opening, strength training, alignment techniques, partner assists, and learning the fundamentals of handstands and other arm balances and using props to support the practice.

Day 2: Yoga and Recovery Day
Break from strength training handstands to allow for muscle recovery and growth, review and refine alignment principles, joint conditioning. This day has a balanced morning yoga practice and restorative evening practice.

Day 3: Handstand Mastery Progress
Refining technique, getting straighter, max outs in handstand, strength training, partner exercises, walking in handstand, handstand transitions to other yoga poses and more fun techniques and training methods!
