Learn the fundamentals and experience the exhilaration of standing on your hands! In this 2-hour workshop at Castle Hill Fitness, we will explore techniques, strength-building exercises, progressions and fun partner work for handstands. Whether you have never gone upside down and perhaps are scared to, or have a regular handstand practice and want to take it to the next level, this series will help you build confidence, awareness and strength to invert.

This series is not appropriate for students with high blood pressure, glaucoma, or pregnant women who do not already have a handstand practice.
