Enjoy a hip opening practice that will leave you feeling relaxed and happy. In this workshop, our focus will be on releasing deeply into the hips. Whether you are active physically or find yourself sitting at a desk for prolonged periods, chances are that you may have tight hip flexors. the hip flexors are the group of muscles that allow you to lift your knees toward your chest and bend forward from the hips. Through a series of asanas you will have plenty of time to warm-up your body before you move more deeply into the practice. We will end the workshop with a 45 minute yoga nadir (guided meditation) that will leave you feeling deeply relaxed.
