Full Description

Join Nicole Bratt for a very special New Year’s Day workshop combining restorative yoga with self-reflection through journaling. Restorative yoga allows for physical, mental, and emotional relaxation through the aid of props and long-held postures, so that your muscles — and your brain — can become deeply relaxed and receptive. Students will rest in supported poses and then be given time to journal about their intentions, hopes, dreams, and goals for the coming year. Gentle massage during the poses will help deepen your relaxation experience. No writing, art, or yoga background is necessary. This workshop is about getting still, so that your inner truth can be heard.

Bring your journal or sketchbook, and any desired writing/drawing tools.
