Inversions although sometimes quite scary can also be a lot of fun bringing out the light hearted playful side we all have within us. They help to improve circulation sending more oxygen to the brain increasing concentration, both energising and relaxing for body & mind. You don't need to be a really advanced yogi, all you need is a sense of humour and a smile!
