Susan's yoga retreats build from one day to the next, enabling the group to make significant progress in their practice with a toolbox of skills that they can take back home with them.

Morning sessions celebrate the warmth of the day, with standing asanas, arm and leg balances, backbending, and inversions. Evening sessions include twists, forward bends and hip-openers. Pranayama and meditation will be spread throughout the sessions.

Health and Yoga Holidays retreats include:
7 nights accommodation in a friendly family hotel in the village and on the seafront * single rooms available * yoga classes 6 mornings plus 4 afternoons * famous veggie food * courses start on Tuesday morning.

Other attractions:
Thai yoga massage, Shiatsu, Turkish bath, markets, archeological gems such as Bodrum castle, boat trips and hiking through the magnificent, rugged landscape.



The cost includes all tuition, 7 nights in a village hotel on the seaside and most meals. The quoted price is for a single room. There are lower rates available for shared rooms if you have a friend to share with.

Susan welcomes all levels. The therapeutic alignment of her work is for anyone who would like to gain a strong foundation for a lifelong practice, and for those who experience chronic pain or limitation of movement in the work.

Susan's background in Japanese culture and in Buddhism brings a unique perspective to her teachings in yoga. A student of yoga for over 30 years, her training and experience include classic Hatha yoga, Sivananda, Kripalu, Scaravelli, Ashtanga and Anusara (an “Inspired” teacher for over 7 years). Having taught for over 12 years, Susan’s specialty is therapeutics. She shares yoga in an energising, therapeutic way, with FUN at the same time.
