Hatha Yoga for EveryBODY: Susan Desmarais
"I have been joining Susan's retreats for the last 4 years. I would follow her everywhere in the world! She is a very professional, caring, sensitive teacher, and the funniest too!!” -Marzia (Roma, Italia)
Susan's yoga retreats build from one day to the next, enabling the group to make significant progress in their practice with a toolbox of skills that they can take back home with them.
Morning sessions celebrate the warmth of the day, with standing asanas, arm and leg balances, backbending, and inversions. Evening sessions include twists, forward bends and hip-openers. Pranayama and meditation will be spread throughout the sessions.

"Susan completely changed the way I practised yoga on my return from Turkey in 2012. The warm guidance, jam packed with her hilarious sense of humour, guided me through my personal yoga practise during the week, which has armed me with confidence and acceptance of my own limitations as a trainee yoga teacher. This beautiful goddess will take you on your own personal journey that will change your life in an instant forever. All you need to do is open your mind and heart and move with Susan’s yogic flow."
