Hatha yoga meditative approach, Pranayama asanas +Yoga Nidra for better sleep and deep relaxation.
Type of Event
Content workshop: Hatha yoga flow 1.30 hours based upon proper alignments. Akhilesh has a meditative approach of the asana practice to connect body, breath and mind as a unity. After the asana practice there will be a ca. 30 minutes of Pranayama asanas. The class will end with a guided Yoga Nidra for better sleep and deep relaxation.
