Headstands can be intimidating, however, with specific guidance, I can help you!!
see so many students that are really close to getting up or the complete opposite, too fearful to even try.
As a teacher, it's such a challenge to help everyone in a group class, it leaves me feeling frustrated that I can't. I see all of your practice {I see everything - FYI} I know that with allotted time, proper alignment guidance, some comfort in feeling ok to FALL, your headstand practice will skyrocket. I've already witnessed many student success in headstand. And YOU can do it too.

Practicing outside on the grass with a partner will give you the confidence to practice headstand in a crowded class.

Pay per class as I know many people are traveling, including myself :-)

That's 4 weeks of headstand training! I highly recommend attending every Sunday class as each week we'll practice new techniques and skills that will really help you! Remember consistency is the KEY to reaching your goal. The committed practice, the falling and doing the boring stuff all will help facilitate excellent technique.

Price per class, per person:
The giant plot of grass uptown Hoboken across from the boathouse (Maxwells)

*Please pay via Venmo or ChasePay, I don't want to waste time with cash on site. Payment is due the Friday before of every Sunday class. No refunds. I need a minimum of 8 people to hold class so that everyone has a partner to work with. Planning each sequence takes me at least 2hrs, sometimes more, knowing the attendance will help me best prepare;
so that you can rock it out and have fun!

Class is outside on the grass so you will feel more at ease falling : )
