Headstand, Forearm and Handstandstand Workshop
Welcome to the world upside down!
This workshop is for those confident balancing on their hands & those who have attended part 1.
Learn how to safety turn your body upside down, using ancient Yoga asana's (poses).

Your upper body, core strength and balance, will be challenged to the max, as you learn how to balance on your forearms/hands and arms.
This 90 minute workshop will commence with a 30 minute Vinyasa warm-up (Including, Surya Namaskar) to heat the body up. This workshop will also Incorporate an explanation of locking your abdominal bandhas. We will then partner up and assist each other with a series of Forearm and handstands. To complete the session we will finish with a short relaxation.

Not suitable for beginners and a wavier form will be required to be read, understood and signed before the workshop.
