In this workshop, you will learn step by step how to master the headstand so that you can practice it safely and with awareness. Conquer your fears and discover the positive benefits of incorporating this asana into your practice. If you are already practicing Headstand, you are invited to use this time to work on your alignment, holding the asana and practicing some of the inversion variations.
