Join Emily in this 4 week yoga series specifically designed to promote a strong, healthy & relaxed back.
We will focus on strengthening the key muscles of the core that help to support the back. When we properly engage the core, we take unnecessary load off of the back.

In addition to strengthening we will also learn how to relax and stretch the muscles of the back efficiently.

Series will also include:

-How to use props to support and enhance your practice both at-home and in-studio.
-Common mistakes to avoid.
-Simple tips and sequences to integrate into a home practice
