Join me as I focus on a healthy lifestyle workshop on basic nutrition and special designed Purna Yoga sequences for healing lower back pain. The personality type who most often suffers from back pain is one who appears calm on the outside but tends to internalize stress.
Healing the Lower Back with Ernesto
In this workshop you will learn 2 to 3 different series to take care of the low back. The first is called the Morning Series to stretch, loosen and warm up the lower back first thing in the morning or to unwind at the end of the day. The second is the Hip Series designed to open the major muscle groups of the hips.
Tight hamstrings and hip flexors contribute to 90% of lower back pain. The Hip Series will help open these muscles that often pull on the pelvis thereby distorting the lower back. The third series stretches and releases the muscles of the lower back. All who practice these exercises will benefit finding relief from tension and pain.

Ernesto teaches a system of Yoga called "Purna Yoga" founded by Aadil Palkhivala. Purna Yoga is a Lifestyle practice which focuses on four
principles: The physical practice, lifestyle/nutrition, applied philosophy and heartful meditation. Ernesto is focused on teaching students the importance of balance in order to live a healthy lifestyle in this fast paced world we live in.
Prior to teaching Purna Yoga, he spent a few years studying and teaching Kundalini Yoga, graduated from Golden Bridge in NYC, studied Katonah Yoga in Bedford Hills, a taoist sacred geometrical approach to Yoga and spent some time studying with Shiva Rea, the founder of Prana Flow.
