About Ashton: Growing up a dancer, she found Vinyasa yoga natural for her body because of its continuous movements, and quickly fell in love with the moving meditation that a it creates. She has a strong desire to teach others this incredibly healing practice. Returning from teaching yoga in Australia, Ashton is inspired to share what she has learned. Letting go of all that does not nurture the grace of her soul, she can now beam radiant light always. She has learned tools to free her mind of all things restricting and to honor her body as it is the vessel that takes her through this journey of life.
