This course has been designed to enrich the existing practices of: Yoga and Meditation Teachers, Wellness Practitioners and Experienced Yoga/Meditation Practitioners who are lovers of truth.

Individuals working with youth, women, Indigenous and people of colour (who have experience with Yoga and/or Meditation practice) are encouraged to apply

Full Description

This 100 hour module* includes:
• Becoming familiar with yogic philosophy, lifestyle and values from India, Africa and other Indigenous communities

• Exploring personal ancestry, heritage and identity

• Practicing and teaching simple, effective and essential yogic strategies to be able to share a standardized program for well being

• Exploring anatomy at physical, psycho-emotional and spiritual levels

*This stand-alone module can be used towards the 300 hour advanced yoga training with Body Therapies Yoga Training.
