Methodology consists of learning the healing, therapeutic and beneficial side effects of asana and will help you develop your own self practice and specific therapeutic sequences for others.

Gain a lot of practice in teaching and assisting others identify their strengths and to become the best version of themselves.

A practical study of the bio mechanics at work physiologically and anatomically in connection to yoga practice.

Learn how to market yourself as an innovative teacher and to create a powerful yoga enterprise that is infused with your empowered learnings, that encompass the deep knowledge based on Vedic wisdom.

Learn communication skills that enable, encourage and inspire others.

Learn how to develop unique classes that help you address and support people at varying levels within their practice.

The whole course draws on profound tools that will inspire you to entice enthusiasm, determination and fortitude in attracting the best to your exalted journey!

7- 9.30 asana and pranayama
9.30 – 10.30 breakfast
10.30 -11.30 methodology / training
11.30 – 2 pm vedic studies
2pm – 4pm lunch and rest
4- 5pm anatomy and physiology
5- 6.30pm mantra workshops/ meditation / kirtan

7.30 – 10 am 2.5 hour practice asana and pranayama
10 – 11am breakfast
11-12.30 practical teaching and assisting experience.
