Our hips move in 6 different planes of motion. However for most of us, our daily lives restrict our movements to about ½ of our hip’s potential movement. Yoga gives the hips an opportunity to maximize their potential. In this 3-hour workshop, students will learn techniques for balancing the hips and pelvis (a place that takes the hips into all 6 planes of motion), and the opportunity to learn more about the hips' connection to the low back, pelvis, and knees.
