Whether you're a runner, cyclist or just feeling tense after the long cold winter, let’s face it, hips and hamstrings are often tight and reluctant. Holding physical and emotional stress in these areas can be a real barrier to deepening your yoga practice.
In this practice we will balance strength & flexibility around the hip through a combination of slow and steady flow with long held postures. Fine tuning alignments and exploring creative releases to help open and stabilize the hips and the hamstrings.
