Hippy Hippy Shake
Do you cycle, run, play football, do weight training or spend substantial time sitting at a computer? If so, you probably have tight hips and hamstrings, and a lack of mobility in your shoulders. This workshop includes a variety of hip opening asanas as well as strengthening asanas for your quadriceps, hamstrings and shoulders. Sport specific asanas will also be explored.

Format generally includes mantra, pranayama, asana practice, program breakdown, restorative series and guided relaxation. Refreshments and lunch are provided. A typical workshop format:

Handouts—You will receive a laminated handout detailing material from the workshop to apply at home.
Refreshments—You will enjoy a selection of refreshing drinks and energising snacks like spring water, mineral water, tea, coffee, juice, nuts, yoghurt and fruit.
Meals—You will enjoy great conversation over a nutritious lunch that has been tailored to your specific dietary requirements.
Followup consultation—You will receive a 15 minute followup consultation in the fortnight following the workshop to review any of the workshop material.
