Full Description

This workshop with be an Ashtanga vinyasa flow class focused on opening the hamstrings and hips. The asana (postures) will help to lengthen the hamstrings and increase the mobility of the hip joint. Focusing on these two areas of the body provide excellent benefit for those who are sitting a desk during the day or for running enthusiast alike, by improving not only the range of movement of the hips, but releasing the hip flexors. Opening the hamstrings and hips helps practitioners to improve and develop our arm balances, relieve symptoms of sciatica, knee pain and improves the health of our sacral iliac (SI) joints, therefore relieving associated lower back pain.
