Hips Bliss: Yoga meets Yoga Tune Up®
Join Nancy Alder and Christine Jablonski for two hours of attention to embodiment and revitalization of your hips. Christine will teach an hour of hip-focused Yoga Tune Up ® exercises including self-massage and alignment techniques. Nancy will follow with an hour of slow flow yoga.

The hip is a simple joint but seems wildly complicated as do the aches and pains that come from “tight hips”. Inflexible hips can wreak havoc elsewhere, restricting even the most basic of movements. This workshop will re-educate your hips, tissue by tissue, restoring effortless and connected movement. The first hour of the workshop with Christine will include self-massage, alignment techniques and Yoga Tune Up® exercises to help you embody and revitalize your hips. The second hour with Nancy will be a slow flow practice designed to utilize your new-found awareness.
