Join Jessica Miller at Goorus Yoga for this special hips and hammies workshop: Hips Don’t playful and challenging workshop will enable you to release and soothe the muscular tension commonly found in your hips, hamstrings, glutes, and lower back. There are many causes for tight hips such as anxiety, a sedentary lifestyle, and common workouts like running and cycling.
This workshop is designed for anyone who would like to open the hips and lengthen the hamstrings. We will begin to delve into the hips and hamstrings through a dynamic flow practice. Once our bodies are warm, we will explore postures that aid in increasing mobility of the pelvis, loosening the hamstrings and opening the hips. We will conclude with various restorative stretches designed to gently soothe the lower body and promote relaxation.
While open to all levels, we recommend some yoga experience. Workshop may include pranayama, meditation, and essential oils.
