-release tension in your hips, glutes & shoulders
-increase spinal rotation with core strength
-learn how to fire your muscles properly
-skills to develop strong hips to prevent foot, ankle & knee pain

This workshop is to help you feel better in your body, I’ve accumulate student feedback for over a year - I’ve been listening to you : ) Come to learn specific techniques that you can do at home after the workshop.
