Mobilizing and strengthening the hips is critical for a stable pelvis and keep our emotions in balance.
Opening the hips enhances the sitting position, which in turn helps with the stability of the foundation for twists. Twists release the spine, providing the freedom to practice forward bends. We’ll focus on an incredible hip series, leading to seated twists to bring the vital energy of the pelvis up into the organs and elevating our heart, and we wlll end it with forward bends to soothe the nerves and bring clarity.
