Holding Space: REFLECTION MEDITATION will be a primarily silent meditation opportunity to take time out of and away from our busy lives.
Please take your spot by around 7:20 please so that we can experience about an hour of silent meditation. Ages 14 & up please. During Covid times, pre-registration required to preserve physical distancing.

Full Description

Holding Space is a series of a variety of types of meditation offered by Kolibri at Village Wellness-Brookfield. Take time out to care for yourself, go offline, and mindfully breathe. No experience necessary. Please bring your own mat, cushion, blanket and a face covering. Chairs available at studio.

Please take your spot by around 7:20 please so that we can experience about an hour of silent meditation. Ages 14 & up please.
KOLIBRI'S PHYSICAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES: Please bring your own mat, pillow, blanket and/or other yoga/meditation accessories as much as possible. We are also asking for everyone to bring a face covering to the studio. Class and event sizes will be very limited to allow for as much space between participants from different households. Registration and/or RSVP required to keep groups very small. Weather permitting, please wait outside or in your vehicle until about 10 minutes prior to any class event to limit contact in the hallway. We will have disinfecting wipes and spray; hand sanitizer available. If you have other questions, concerns, please contact Julie at Kolibri/Village Wellness-Brookfield. If you feel sick or have any virus symptoms, we gratefully ask that you do not attend. We are moving forward mindfully with everyone's safety in mind. We are also taking private individual and small group (household) reservations for a variety of classes and events if you prefer. Please contact Julie K. for availability. Online appointments will also be available going forward as well.
