Touch has the power to reveal our histories and heal our bodies. In a yoga setting, touch is one way we communicate with our clients/students, often inviting them to go deeper. Moving bodies safely is one important aspect of touch and is learned through the anatomy of movement and exploration of edges. Holding space comes from an understanding of both the physical and energetic qualities of touch.
